Russell Caten DJ/Promoter Having only been in the industry for a relatively short period, Russell Caten has achieved mass amounts. Originally a graduate actor, Russell progressed into the dance music scene by becoming a DJ. With the help of other local well known DJ's, he started to play at local events in Southend, Essex. With his unique style of filthy electro house his music became popular, and he was soon pulling in a loyal crowd at any event he played for. The seriousness of his career began in Ibiza 2005, whilst on holiday he met Tim Sheridan @ Space who gave him some advice as to how to become a successful DJ. Fully armed with his demo he was soon making contacts around Ibiza. This soon paid off as he secured a set at the famous Es Vive hotel where he played a few nights and was always giving off a good show. Russell soon got the taste for more! Soon after this Russell was on the case to secure more gigs in the U.K. He secured a residency at EGG, London playing for nights 'JET' / 'PROLOUGE' with other big names such as 'KOSHEEN' and many more! He soon became resident for CITYBEATS playing at THE GALLERY. He created his own promotion Neon in 2007, which is held at Medicine Bar and other venues around London. Russell Caten is a the latest DJ to join Audio Chic's books, and someone you will see regularly playing at the parties.
